Responsibilities
Work with Lab Operations Lead to coordinate the day-to-day activities of multiple projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, and project schedules, tracking key metrics, managing budgets and expenditures, and setting up of project records systems
Provide proactive project support by scheduling meetings, developing agendas, distributing meeting materials, capturing minutes, tracking assignments, and requesting updates for assigned projects and steering committees
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner
Basic knowledge of project management concepts and tools
Knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, or similar project management software
1+ years of project management experience
1+ years in a role with a biotech, operations, or facilities focus
Intermediate level experience with MS Office, Smartsheet, or similar project management software
Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects, activities, and/or events
Minimum of an Associates Degree in project management, business, or other relevant field
