Responsibilities
Decide which mass arbitration and consumer protection cases to pursue
Build and refine case intake, scoring, and prioritisation frameworks
Operate and improve AI-driven case origination models with feedback loops
Own top-of-funnel case pipeline metrics from signal to law-firm handoff
Manage and scale a legal analyst team
Work closely with engineering, data, marketing, and external law firm partners
Qualification
Required
JD or equivalent legal background
5+ years in legal strategy, litigation ops, legal ops, or legal tech
Experience building or scaling systems, not just executing cases
Comfortable in early-stage, ambiguous environments
Interest in AI, automation, and product-led legal workflows
