Responsibilities
Resolves complex problems spanning multiple infrastructure and security designs related to Middleware components; support the project lifecycle as required
Leads development of integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions to ensure specifications are flexible, scalable, and maintainable and meet architectural standards
Consult on business requirements and functional specifications for infrastructure and security designs related to Middleware components; support the project lifecycle as required
Collaborate with Project Management, Application Teams, and CT&O teams to design and implement Middleware solutions, including VM-based and containerized platforms using Helm charts, reusable templates, and GitOps-driven CI/CD workflows
Serve as a technical expert throughout implementation and maintenance, partnering with technology teams and business leaders to resolve escalated issues
Provide expertise in troubleshooting complex SIT and UAT for cross-functional application initiatives
Advise on best practices, strategies, and architectures to ensure software solutions align with industry standards throughout the product lifecycle
Participate in building proof-of-concept (POC) solutions
Mentor team members by sharing knowledge of methodologies, policies, standards, and controls
Offer expert recommendations on design options, risks, costs, and benefits, and define interfaces and methods required to support software solutions
Qualification
Required
Intermediate-level expertise in administration, design, and security for web and related technologies
Ability to resolve complex problems spanning multiple infrastructure and security designs related to Middleware components
Experience leading development of integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions
Consultation on business requirements and functional specifications for infrastructure and security designs
Collaboration with Project Management, Application Teams, and CT&O teams to design and implement Middleware solutions
Technical expertise throughout implementation and maintenance, partnering with technology teams and business leaders
Expertise in troubleshooting complex SIT and UAT for cross-functional application initiatives
Advising on best practices, strategies, and architectures to ensure software solutions align with industry standards
Participation in building proof-of-concept (POC) solutions
Mentoring team members by sharing knowledge of methodologies, policies, standards, and controls
Offering expert recommendations on design options, risks, costs, and benefits
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
Five to seven years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization
Five to seven years of experience working with defect or incident tracking software
Five to seven years of experience writing technical documentation in a software development environment
Infrastructure as code skills leveraging Gitlab based pipelines
Advanced automation skills in Terraform and/or Ansible
Amazon (AWS) experience
