Tender management: Manage incoming RFP requests (data entry) and coordinate with sales and supply to ensure timely delivery
Manage pricing updates: Update tenders with changing supply quotes
Communication: Work closely with sales and supply to ensure customer deadlines are managed
Problem Solving: Address day-to-day challenges with a solution-focused approach
Sales support: Support sales with tenders, global supply and business intelligence initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support or administrative role
Strong Excel skills – confident using formulas, filters, and data sorting (pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and support colleagues as needed
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
