Finance Innovation Manager
Frontdoor, Inc. is reimagining how homeowners maintain and repair their homes. The Finance Innovation Manager will lead the design and delivery of finance innovation initiatives, partnering across various teams to modernize processes, unlock automation, and improve decision quality.

Responsibilities
Co-create the Finance Innovation roadmap (process, operating model, data, and tech) aligned to business objectives, sequence initiatives for near-term value and scalability
Benchmark leading practices and emerging digital capabilities (automation, analytics, GenAI) to guide investment cases
Lead cross-functional projects from discovery through stabilization: scope, milestones, RAID, resources, and benefit tracking
Oversee vendor/system integrator activities and ensure solution quality, risk controls, and executive buy-in
Re-engineer core cycles (Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Perform, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) and embed automation
Partner with IT on ERP/EPM selection or enhancement; ensure integrations, data migration, and control design meet Finance needs
Build change strategies, stakeholder maps, communications, and role-based enablement, measure adoption, utilization, and proficiency
Coach leaders and super-users; establish feedback loops to iterate training and content
Define KPIs and dashboards; enable self-service insights and continuous improvement cadences with Finance leadership
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements throughout transformation
Establish standards, guardrails, and review cycles for DIY tech built by finance teams

Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with ERP/EPM/FP&A platforms (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft D365, TM1) and finance data processes
Proven ability to lead multi-workstream initiatives and standardize policies, procedures, and automation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Bachelor's degree required in finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience required in finance transformation, program delivery, or change management
Preferred
PMP/PMI, Prosci/ADKAR, CPA/MBA (or equivalent) certification
Experienced in Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping
