Required

Training, Organizational Development, and Performance Management skills
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
Strategic thinking and ability to implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred
advanced degree preferred
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
Experience in a multi-union environment is an advantage
