Equipment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

Complete all required safety training and perform work in compliance with safety policies
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on semiconductor production equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and computer skills
Document maintenance activities thoroughly, including PM checklists and procedures
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve PM procedures and technical documentation
Safely perform work in hazardous environments using proper PPE (including SCBA or respirator)
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase equipment availability
Participate in Emergency Response Team activities when required

Required

Associate's degree in electronics, mechatronics, automation, mechanical, or related field; equivalent military training; or 2+ years of experience in vacuum/semiconductor equipment maintenance
Proficiency in electrical circuits, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Knowledge of test and calibration equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs)
Strong PC skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to properly use common hand tools and PPE
Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills

Preferred

Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as PVD, PECVD, CMP, or LPCVD
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot root causes and improve processes
