Responsibilities
Make AI Interaction Seamless
Next-Gen Interface : Move AI-parent chats out of cluttered groups into a dedicated, clean dialogue window for a frictionless experience
Teach the AI : Review top-tier classroom recordings to distill expert pedagogy. You’ll ensure our AI teaches with the pacing and reasoning of a master instructor
Build the AI Growth Engine
Automated Reach : Design "Mass Reach" systems for key scenarios: trial conversion, post-trial follow-ups, win-backs, and active user engagement
Solve with Data : Use backend data (like sales_status) to find and fix business bottlenecks instantly. You turn data into revenue
Lead with Ownership
Get Things Done : You own the entire roadmap from idea to launch. We value results over PRDs. You lead cross-functional teams to hit aggressive targets
Strategic Bridge : Translate high-level vision into clear, actionable tasks for engineers and designers, ensuring everyone is aligned
Obsess Over Quality
Zero Logic Gaps : Deeply test AI modules to eliminate hallucinations and ensure the AI Tutor is 100% reliable
Funnel Mastery : Own our web presence. Constantly optimize our platforms to capture leads and make a powerful first impression
Scale Success
Repeatable Workflows : Document and build systems that allow our AI product line to scale globally without losing quality
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Experience in AI technology and its application in education
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through efficiency and automation
Ability to work directly with executive leadership
Experience in building and scaling AI products
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Strong critical thinking skills with attention to detail
Experience in leading cross-functional teams
Ability to translate high-level vision into actionable tasks
Experience in optimizing web presence for lead capture
