Qualification
Required
Project Management and Leadership skills, including team supervision and resource planning
Understanding of Demolition Operations, including safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and project scheduling
Experience with Technical Skills such as knowledge of demolition techniques, rigging, concrete cutting, and onsite problem-solving
Effective Communication and Organizational skills to collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members
Ability to work under tight deadlines and in physically demanding environments
Proven record of adhering to safety and compliance standards in demolition or construction
Valid driver's license is required
Preferred
Previous experience in demolition or construction management is highly preferred
