Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives in the commercial sector
Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure the team's success in identifying, qualifying, and closing new logo and strategic install-base opportunities within commercial accounts
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth in the assigned territory
Ensure the team maintains a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align strategies and maximize growth potential in the commercial space
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in various commercial sectors
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments for commercial account expansion
Qualification
Required
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership, team management, and coaching within the commercial sector
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions and their applications in diverse business environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals
Demonstrated expertise in sales processes and methodologies, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets in B2B sales
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Track record of successfully managing and growing commercial accounts
