Responsibilities

Lead or support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment

Configure core HCM functionality including organizations, staffing models, business processes, and security

Analyze current HR processes and recommend Workday best practices to improve efficiency and data integrity

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate HCM with downstream Workday modules and third-party systems

Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects

Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support

Support system enhancements, releases, and ongoing optimization initiatives

Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and trusted advisory support
