Responsibilities
Recommend innovative benefits programs based on employee needs and market trends
Lead benefits renewal and manage annual Open Enrollment processes
Ensure clear communication of benefits in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with People Operations to maintain consistent messaging
Manage vendor relationships within the benefits and immigration frameworks
Support the development of communication programs to enhance employee understanding of Total Rewards
Create Total Rewards metrics and reporting tools to guide decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
8+ years managing benefits programs; 3+ years of international experience
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Workday software
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and maintain flexibility
