Enterprise Sales Executive - Video Analytics Solutions
Milestone Systems is looking for an Analytics Business Manager to drive growth for their BriefCam video analytics product line. This role focuses on developing and expanding large enterprise accounts while ensuring exceptional customer engagement and sustained revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Create, nurture, and close sales opportunities for Milestone’s BriefCam product line within large, strategic enterprise accounts
Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives in alignment with the National Analytics Sales Manager
Conduct sales calls, manage opportunity progression, and maintain accurate activity tracking within Salesforce
Identify, recruit, qualify, and manage Integrators and VARs (Value-Added Resellers) to support enterprise growth
Work cross-functionally with pre-sales engineering, marketing, customer success, and product teams
Apply solution-selling methodologies to uncover customer challenges and map BriefCam capabilities to business and operational outcomes
Develop proposals and quotes using published pricing, while clearly communicating sales terms and delivery timelines
Partner closely with pre-sales technical resources to assess customer requirements and provide first-level technical guidance
Navigate and sell across multiple buyer personas, aligning technology solutions to end-user business needs
Represent Milestone and BriefCam at regional and national trade shows, industry events, and customer briefings
Drive year-over-year territory revenue growth in alignment with budget and market expectations
Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast, and territory plan
Travel up to 50% within the North Central territory
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, business development, or key account management
Proven ability to manage and grow large enterprise accounts while also developing new business
Strong consultative and hunter sales mindset, with the ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with comfort engaging both technical and executive audiences
Demonstrated negotiation, follow-up, and closing capabilities
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments
Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable enterprise CRM platforms
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience selling video analytics, physical security, SaaS, or complex enterprise technology solutions is strongly preferred
Chicago-area candidates are strongly preferred
