Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting across a multi-site DSO environment
Partner with the COO and executive team to develop financial strategies that drive profitability, support expansion, and enhance operational efficiency
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls, including oversight of audits and risk mitigation strategies
Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize practice-level performance
Work closely with Operations, Clinical, and Revenue Cycle teams to align financial goals with organizational priorities
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within a multi-site healthcare or DSO environment
Strong understanding of P&L management, EBITDA growth strategies, and financial modeling
Expertise in compliance and regulatory requirements for healthcare organizations
Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
