Responsibilities
Provide administrative or secretarial support to a department and/or Manager. Typical duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work
Responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department such as Procurement or Engineering but are mainly administrative in nature
Under close supervision, works to complete defined tasks in accordance with standard procedures requiring some knowledge of general office procedures. Supports general business operations by providing administrative support activities
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
Must possess a valid State Driver's License
Requires at least 2 years of directly related experience
Basic oral and written communication skills
Must have an excellent attention to detail
Must be able to stand - between 2 to 3 hours per day
Must be able to walk - between 4 to 5 hours per day
Must be able to Lift - up to 35 lbs. – 50 lbs. periodically
Must be able to squat, kneel, bend, reach and climb periodically
Must be able to work outside and inside in non-climate-controlled environments
