They are seeking a Training and Development Specialist, Workday to support the rollout of Workday Time Tracking by creating engaging learning experiences and facilitating training sessions to enhance system adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

Design and produce clear, concise, and user-friendly Workday user guides and reference materials tailored to various audiences

Ensure all learning documentation meets organizational standards and aligns with established project timelines

Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for diverse employee groups, adapting delivery methods to suit different learning preferences

Utilize best practices in adult learning to maximize knowledge retention and application

Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate training content, and ensure stakeholder alignment

Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders to drive adoption and address concerns

Collect and analyze feedback from training participants and stakeholders to refine materials and delivery methods

Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements for enhanced user experience and system utilization

Respond promptly and dependably to inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues

Primarily available during Central Time business hours, with flexibility for business needs

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

At least two years of experience in training facilitation and user guide creation, preferably within technology, HCM systems, time tracking, or learning platforms

Expert proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint

Strong instructional design skills and experience facilitating virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
