Responsibilities
Own overall operational performance across Network Operations, NOC, Customer Operations, and Service Delivery
Lead network reliability, uptime, and performance across FTTX access, transport, and core environments
Drive best-in-class customer experience, including provisioning, installation, assurance, and support operations
Establish and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards across all Ops functions
Scale operational processes, systems, and teams in line with rapid subscriber and network growth
Partner with Engineering, Construction, IT, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless handoffs and execution
Own vendor, contractor, and outsourcing relationships across network and customer operations
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operational leadership teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Senior operational leadership experience within an FTTX, fiber, ISP, or broadband provider
Proven ownership of both network operations and customer operations at scale
Deep understanding of fiber network operations, service assurance, and incident management
Demonstrated success scaling operations in high-growth or build-out environments
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence at board and C-suite level
Preferred
Experience operating within a PE-backed or high-growth infrastructure environment
Exposure to multi-market or multi-state fiber deployments
Strong understanding of OSS/BSS platforms, NOC tooling, and customer experience systems
Track record of improving NPS, churn reduction, and operational cost efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
