Responsibilities

Lead Entry Into Service (EIS) Projects: Drive the planning, execution, and closure of EIS projects for new products, services, and major upgrades, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate extensively with engineering, manufacturing, sales, product management, and customer service teams to align EIS activities and address technical and operational challenges
Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers during the EIS phase, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the EIS process, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and standardize best practices across the organization
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to EIS projects, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical concerns to senior leadership
Resource Allocation: Manage and optimize the allocation of resources (human, financial, and technical) to support EIS initiatives effectively
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for EIS projects, prepare regular reports for stakeholders, and provide insights for continuous improvement
Training and Documentation: Ensure adequate training and documentation are provided to customers and internal teams for the successful operation and maintenance of newly introduced products and services
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, service delivery, or operations within a complex technical environment, with a strong focus on new product introduction or service deployment
Strong understanding of complex industrial products, systems, or software, with the ability to grasp technical details and communicate them effectively
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, develop practical solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure
Strong customer-centric approach with a track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25%)
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status

Preferred

A Master's degree is a plus
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Familiarity with General Electric's product portfolio and internal processes
