Responsibilities

Set up new customers and maintain contact information

Ensure pricing, purchase order, and invoice accuracy

Resolve disputes, blocked orders, and credit issues

Onboard new sales and sales operations associates

Provide expertise on customer relationship management and order/billing systems

Serve as a liaison for questions, training, and issue resolution

Track orders and research proof of delivery

Coordinate rush orders and return material authorizations

Identify process gaps and provide expertise for technical solutions and testing

Communicate effectively within sales and cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency

Required

High School Diploma or GED completed
