Responsibilities

Project financial controlling for the project portfolio - including cost recognition, forecasting and reporting - in support of the commercial project managers

Driving standardized ways of working, including cross-location WBS harmonization, and reporting for the portfolio, and digitalization initiatives and tools for streamlined and enhanced reporting - to also be rolled out across locations

Ensuring clear, consistent, and timely financial reporting to provide transparency and high-quality financials, including accurate forecasting

Collaborating with cross-functional teams - including project management, supply chain, sales, operations, and finance - to align project goals with business objectives

Interface between controlling and projects

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction

Required

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus

Long-term experience with a financial background in a relevant function, such as project management or sales

Passion to simplify and digitize processes and tools for project controlling and reporting

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
