Responsibilities
Take responsibility of the overall end-to-end user experience from the big picture to UI layout specifics
Envision and bring to life intuitive, scalable, and engaging interactions and experiences
Build relationships which provide leadership, direction and mentorship for a team of UX Designers
Drive the evolution of creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases and platforms
Actively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, management, and research on complex user flows and commerce-driven projects
Qualification
Required
7+ years of user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role experience
Experience designing and delivering digital products that align customer needs and business goals; illustrated with a portfolio
Portfolio that demonstrates delivering end-to-end experiences for digital services across multiple platforms and devices
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output in all deliverables
Preferred
Able to take ambiguous design problems and work with stakeholders and user research insights to craft design solutions
Grounded in customer needs and business goals
Able to clearly articulate the basis of design decisions to stakeholders and respond effectively to feedback
Experience in a range of design approaches, methods, and tools that you use to plan, concept, and prototype complex projects
Experience working across large teams with multiple stakeholders
Experience delivering designs intended for a consumer market
Experience designing for AI-enabled features
