Responsibilities

Handle Level 2 escalation calls related to Credit Card Rewards, supporting general-purpose, small business, retail, and personal lending products

Resolve complex service issues, system access requests, and help desk inquiries transferred from frontline agents, including live customer escalations

Assist customers directly with credit card rewards inquiries, including point redemption, missing rewards, gift card purchases, and loyalty program servicing

Handle an average of 50-60 calls per day while maintaining service quality, accuracy, and professionalism
