Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of FieldHub for new customers
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and configure the system accordingly
Migrate data from QuickBooks, NetSuite, and industry-specific legacy systems
Train customers on accounting, inventory, and operational features
Ensure data integrity throughout migrations
Document implementation processes and contribute to customer education resources

Qualification

Required

5+ years in accounting or accounting software implementation
2+ years in software implementation, customer success, or project management
Strong understanding of accounting principles: inventory tracking, recurring revenue, cost and revenue recognition
Experience with ERP or accounting platforms (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be a resident of Canada or the United States

Preferred

Exposure to field service, construction, or trade industries
A four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
CPA is a plus
