Responsibilities

Provide overall direction, leadership, and management of program staff across engineering, analysis, logistics, T&E, and program support functions

Oversee program schedules, resource allocation, cost performance, staffing plans, and deliverable quality

Lead stakeholder engagement, IPT participation, and coordination with Government Program Managers, SMEs, and external mission partners

Develop and maintain program management plans, risk registers, communications strategies, and dashboards

Ensure compliance with DoW acquisition policy, CBRN program requirements, cybersecurity policy, and systems engineering best practices

Prepare and present high-level briefings, status reports, and decision papers for senior stakeholders and executive leadership

Drive a culture of performance excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement
