Responsibilities

Utilize expert-level skills and advanced understanding of technology and business application functionality to deliver consistent results for technology projects and documentation. Troubleshoot escalated issues and work toward timely resolution of defects

Consult, develop, and drive priorities for technology and business product roadmaps. Identify and help resolve gaps between application systems and business products

Define technical requirements, consult with stakeholders across IT, oversee creation of technical test plans, development activities, and review production changes that may impact the organization

Work with management to set direction and tactical plans to meet strategic objectives, exercising independent decision-making authority. Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource assignments

Manage personnel and policies, allocate resources for projects, assign work, and ensure adherence to standards. Responsible for performance evaluation, management, and career development of assigned employees

Collaborate with business partners and internal teams including Operations, PMO, and line-of-business management. Develop and maintain vendor relationships

Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
