Responsibilities

Own sourcing strategy and vendor relationships for North American home manufacturing
Lead cost negotiations and margin improvement initiatives with suppliers
Identify and onboard new quality-focused factory partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product launches
Visit vendor partners to audit quality and build strategic relationships
Drive product development cycles with Design and Merchandising
Ensure successful order execution and adherence to SLAs
Maintain compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability standards

Required

7+ years of sourcing experience in furniture or Home Hard Lines manufacturing
Deep understanding of Made-to-Order upholstery and casegoods production processes
Experience within the premium/luxury furniture segment
Proven skills in cost negotiation and margin optimization
Highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Based in the USA with occasional travel to vendors
