Responsibilities

Preparing legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc

Reviewing and recommending policies and guidelines on legal and compliance issues

Researching a variety of complex legal issues and providing summaries and recommendations to the legal team and internal clients

Performing investigations and conducting compliance training

Other duties as assigned

Admission to State Bar with a license to practice in-house

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, legal procedures

Knowledge of federal, state and local laws

Minimum of three years of experience in the general practice of law

Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
