Intelligence Analyst
F3 Intelligence Corp is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support operations by conducting records-based research and data analysis. The role involves verifying information across multiple authoritative data sources and requires strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Conduct structured, records-based research using multiple proprietary and open-source databases to locate individuals and verify identity attributes
Analyze, correlate, and reconcile data points such as names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, and associated records to determine the most current and accurate information
Apply intelligence methodologies to assess data reliability, confidence levels, and potential discrepancies
Document findings clearly and consistently in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Handle sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) in compliance with federal standards and internal security policies
Meet defined performance metrics related to case volume, accuracy, and quality
Escalate complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases for secondary review when required
Operate fully remotely while maintaining availability during core business hours (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Eastern)
This position is for a 2-year contract
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in an intelligence, investigative, or analytical environments
Demonstrated ability to conduct structured research and analysis using multiple data sources
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures precisely
U.S. citizenship is required
Ability to successfully undergo and maintain a federal Public Trust background investigation
Comfort working independently in a high-volume, accuracy-driven environment
Proficiency with standard office and research tools (web-based platforms, case management systems, Microsoft 365)
Preferred
Background in military intelligence, law enforcement intelligence, federal analysis, OSINT, or similar disciplines
Experience with identity resolution, records analysis, or person-location research
Familiarity with intelligence confidence assessments and data validation methodologies
Strong written communication skills for clear documentation and reporting
Experience working under performance-based metrics in a remote environment
