Responsibilities
Prepare and process payroll for salary, weekly and biweekly employees
Determine and correct out-of-balance conditions to ensure accurate payroll entries
Process Multi-State, Union, Hourly and Salary payroll utilizing ADP software
Communication with company offices and divisions to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of payroll
Input time, material and expenses into appropriate software system
Process bank transactions, Paycard funding and direct deposit reversals
Proactively research and resolve issues that arrive by reviewing time-cards, communicating with employees and following up with specific offices
Analyze and reconcile payroll reports and work with accounting department to resolve out-of-balance reconciliations
Qualification
Required
1 - 5 years experience processing payroll for hourly employees
Experience with processing multi-state payroll
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Demonstrated problem solving ability
Strong Excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills dealing with internal and external customers
Preferred
ADP or Kronos experience highly desirable
