IT Support Specialist
Patch My PC is a company dedicated to improving lives by automating and managing third-party updates for IT and Security teams. They are seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain technology infrastructure, provide hands-on support to end-users, and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Manage hardware provisioning, inventory, and lifecycle
Troubleshoot software, network, and system issues across Windows and macOS environments
Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and access provisioning
Maintain documentation of support procedures and known issues
Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Assist in deploying updates, patches, and security configurations
Educate users on best practices and new technologies
Deliver and improve a fantastic Employee Experience, for onboarding and internal support
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common enterprise applications
Familiarity with MDM tools (Intune, etc.)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Experience with automation tools or scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
