Phaxis is seeking a DTC Settlements Associate responsible for processing and reconciling all DTC equity and fixed income settlement activity. The role ensures trades settle accurately and on time in compliance with DTCC and SEC rules.

Process DTC Deliver Orders, Receives, Reclaims, and ID Net
Monitor and resolve fails, DKs, aged breaks, and short positions
Reconcile DTC positions and money settlement
Handle corporate action-related settlements
Work with trading, stock loan, and counterparties to clear exceptions
Ensure compliance with DTCC, Reg SHO, and SEC settlement rules

Required

2+ years of DTC or broker-dealer settlements experience
