Responsibilities
Provide end-user support by resolving incidents, addressing new challenges, and assisting in the implementation of new processes, including documentation creation
Support the Application Team in resolving complex technical issues and assist with SAP testing when required
Deliver training, guidance, and ongoing support to SAP Key Users
Collaborate closely with SAP Module Managers globally to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
Ensure timely resolution of Incidents and Change Requests in accordance with SLA, escalating when necessary
Review and adjust ticket categorization to ensure accuracy
Develop and maintain knowledge articles to promote end-user self-service
Continuously enhance technical knowledge through collaboration with Senior Application Specialists and external training when needed
Review, assess, and approve documentation created by Key Users
Prepare and share clear, accessible documentation for Key Users and the Application Team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in application or system support, preferably within SAP environments
Solid knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, or PP
Experience with ticket management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) and familiarity with ITIL processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven experience creating technical documentation and user guides
Experience delivering training and support to Key Users
Strong teamwork, collaboration skills, and a customer-oriented mindset
Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement
