Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand application requirements and ensure test coverage across functional and non-functional areas

Design, write, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications

Execute manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, integration, and deployment testing

Perform defect identification, triage, tracking, and verification, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution

Conduct regression testing for all FOIAX press and eCasere leases to ensure product stability and quality

Perform Section 508 accessibility testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and assist with performance testing and test automation activities

Validate deployments across environments (DEV, TEST etc.) and verify post-deployment application health

Provide production support by investigating reported issues, reproducing defects, and assisting with root cause analysis

Required

Software Development Engineer in Test with over 5 years of experience in quality engineering for C#/.NET applications

Expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks, API testing, and performance testing, along with strong manual testing fundamentals

Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines

Collaborative team member delivering reliable, scalable solutions and providing production support for OPEXUS/Casepoint applications

Bachelor's degree in computer science (preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience testing enterprise software applications
