Responsibilities
Monitors the production process and collects dimensional data
Reviews, understands, and follows the control plan. Trains Packer /Inspectors the specific requirements of each job
Visually inspects samples from each job. Quarantines all non-conforming products as per inspection control plan
Visually inspects and reviews statistical data obtained on all raw materials
Provides statistical data as requested
Prepares labels and Certification of Compliance as requested
Performs other work duties or functions as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school Diploma or equivalent
Ability to continuously lift, reach, stand, push, pull, and walk throughout the day
Good vision
Meticulous attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good manual dexterity and agility
Strong math skills, including statistical knowledge
Monitors the production process and collects dimensional data
Reviews, understands, and follows the control plan
Trains Packer /Inspectors the specific requirements of each job
Visually inspects samples from each job
Quarantines all non-conforming products as per inspection control plan
Visually inspects and reviews statistical data obtained on all raw materials

Standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, reading, writing and talking
Exposure to heat, toxic fumes, greases, and lubricants
Understands and ensures Minimum Workmanship Requirements
Understands and uses TEQ terminology
Understands and searches for product visually defects
Understands and ensures proper packing standards
Understands and ensures proper inspection standards
Performs In-Process inspections per each control plan
Properly uses scales, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and magna mikes
Preferred
1-year previous production line experience preferred
