Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and support the Member Benefits System (MBS) using Synon/2E on AS400 (IBM i) platform

Collaborate with business analysts, internal customers, and external vendors to define and implement system changes for new projects, code maintenance, and production support

Design, develop, test, and analyze system functionality, ensuring alignment with organizational methodologies, standards, and guidelines

Create and maintain technical documentation, including test plans

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently, supporting multiple concurrent projects and programs

Apply deep expertise in CA:2E (Synon/2E), RPG, SQL, and CL tools for application development

Utilize strong problem-solving skills and work independently with minimal guidance to meet project deadlines

Experience with related tools and technologies (e.g., Synon/CM, Infor Lawson Cloud, ServiceNow, Snowflake, MuleSoft, Showcase, Salesforce, Java, Apex, Query Tools, web design) is a plus

Demonstrate full lifecycle application development experience
