Responsibilities
Own end-to-end data pipelines and ML infrastructure
Take ownership of model training pipelines
Support pipeline development, cluster optimization, and automation
Focus on onboarding Discover use cases
Responsible for transforming and productionizing models
Qualification
Required
Must be on-site in McLean and NYC
Slight preference for candidates based in NY
Own end-to-end data pipelines and ML infrastructure
Take ownership of model training pipelines
Support pipeline development, cluster optimization, and automation
Focus on onboarding Discover use cases
Responsible for transforming and productionizing models
Python
Scala
Kubernetes
ML frameworks
Strong Python development skills
Experience with SQL
Understanding of model value quantification (e.g., how quantifies value such as Present Value concepts)
Panel interview with the ML team
Weekly model releases
Fast-paced, tight development cycles
High standards for both speed and quality
Team needs additional hands immediately
Contract length: 10 months, with possible extension
Team operates in the personalization domain rather than traditional financial modeling
Real time from batch – adding scope of email which is batch
Real time ML is currently what they working on so candidate should have this experience
Light coding – sorting problems / recent experience
