Responsibilities

Work directly with operations associates to identify trends in defects, cost drivers, and quality improvements to be made

Will be responsible for a number of program work instructions for accuracy and maintenance of drawing changes

Identify changes needed to the manufacturing area to support product processes

Required

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience or 6+ years of experience in lieu of degree

Experience reading schematics/drawings

Strong computer skills

Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to lead project improvements

Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive change

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and 2 years of relevant work experience

Greenbelt training preferred
