Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment

Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive

Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community

Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule

Qualification

Property cleaning experienceBasic maintenance knowledgeHigh school diplomaValid Driver’s License

Required

One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position

Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance

Valid Driver's License
