Responsibilities
Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Program Management assignments/projects
Supports the delivery of a strategic program representing a major company initiative by providing central expertise, governance, and control within or independent of a formal Program Management Office (PMO)
Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints
Manages large programs or processes
Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices
Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions
May lead functional teams or projects
Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives
Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders
Focuses on providing thought leadership within Program Management but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business
Recognized internally as a subject matter expert
Qualification
Required
Strong and well-developed skills in making independent decisions
Strong customer service focus
Off-hour on-call support required
High flexible and adaptability are required
Must be a self-starter
Preferred
2-4 years experience preferred
Crisis and Business continuity experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
