Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead development teams working on industrial, lab and office projects in Santa Barbara, CA
The Senior Project Manager is able to move at an accelerated pace, drive schedule, implement strategic direction from Project Director, and execute tasks with a high degree of competency independently
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and experienced with MEP systems (including chillers, UPS, batteries, generators)
This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment
Is responsible for weekly or monthly internal and external reporting
Holds project teams accountable for meeting schedule milestones
Provides reliable and timely reporting to facilitate client decision making to meet schedule and budget goals
Reviews contractor schedules
Creates and maintains project-level schedules that incorporate construction activity as well as other critical dates and milestones

Qualification

MEP SystemsProject ManagementCivil EngineeringArchitectureCommunication

Required

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university required
Completion of an entire project is desirable
Applicable degree fields include Civil Engineering, Architecture, Economics, Business, Math, or Political Science
7+ years' experience as a Project manager in architecture, engineering, construction or another related field
This is an in-person role, working on site five days a week
A personal vehicle, valid U.S. driver's license, and auto insurance are required

Experience in MEP and commissioning
