Responsibilities

Lead Autonomous Maintenance Initiatives:
Drive the development, implementation, and sustainability of AM practices across the manufacturing floor
Coach and influence cross-functional teams to adopt AM principles and standards
Identify and execute efficiency improvement projects focused on reducing downtime, improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and optimizing processes
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to deliver measurable results
Serve as a subject matter expert for equipment care and reliability strategies
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to standardize best practices
Develop and deliver training programs for operators and technical staff on AM processes and tools
Foster a culture of ownership and accountability for equipment care
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AM and efficiency improvements
Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership on progress and opportunities

Required

High School diploma or GED
3+ years of manufacturing experience
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools
Strong knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance principles and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) preferred
5 years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume production environment
Engineering experience
