Responsibilities
Answering heavy incoming calls and responding to customer’s concerns/questions
Identify and de-escalate issues with Department Manager
Provide information and service information to customers
Research required information using available resources
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
Route calls to appropriate resources
Document/Data entry of all call information according to standard operating procedures
Recognize, document, and alert the management of trends in customer calls
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 18+ years old
Must be able to pass a background check
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Empathetic, patient communication skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
