Responsibilities
Implement and hone innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in support of the continued growth of Nordic talent pipelines
Collaborate closely with hiring managers, human resources, and sales teams to understand business needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, ensuring a compelling candidate experience
Maintain ATS/CRM information to ensure accurate candidate and job requisition data is maintained
Utilize analytics and recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness, improve processes, and make data-driven hiring decisions
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process to ensure a diverse talent pipeline
Stay up to date on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive benchmarking to inform hiring strategies
Continuously refine and enhance recruitment processes and workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested
Qualification
Required
3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels required
Deep understanding of talent market trends and best practices in recruitment
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn or similar), and other recruitment tools
Ability to effectively monitor all tasks associated with candidate recruitment and selection at various stages of the process, which requires strong attention to detail
Experience in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in talent acquisition
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred
Healthcare IT or healthcare industry recruiting experience strongly preferred
Post-secondary education preferred or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
