Responsibilities

Recruit, mentor, and inspire cross-functional product management teams, fostering a collaborative culture aligned with the RX Modernization vision

Guide teams to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring quick and informed decision-making to drive rapid iterations and product improvements

Define and execute the product roadmap for the RX Modernization Program, aligning with business objectives to deliver cutting-edge pharmacy management solutions

Translate customer and colleague needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring exceptional user experiences and improved Net Promoter Scores (NPS)

Leverage modern technologies like cloud computing, AI, and microservices to build scalable, reliable, and innovative products that meet future pharmacy needs

Foster a culture of feedback, learning, and iteration, leveraging data-driven insights to improve products and operational processes

Collaborate with pharmacy operations and analytics teams to design intelligent workflows, optimize efficiencies, and deliver measurable business outcomes

Partner with senior executives, engineering, and business teams to communicate the product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively

Required

10+ years of experience in technical product management, with focus around building technical products and services

5+ years of experience working with Cloud computing technologies and Micro-services architectures

5+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams

5+ years of experience with large-scale modernization programs in technical capacity

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Preferred

Experience in Pharmacy technology

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, and cloud based delivery models

Deep knowledge in software development with AI/ML applications in workflow optimization, predictive analytics and operational efficiency

Strong decision making skills in ambiguous, fast moving environments

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or MBA
