Responsibilities

Communications Strategy Development: Build a results-driven strategy and an engaging ecosystem of communications programs that positively impact the belief and behavior of GSO employees
Narrative Development: Translate strategic revenue priorities and performance data into engaging and actionable narratives that get etched into memory like viral jingles
Content Development: Develop compelling content formats to share go-to-market priorities, transformation initiatives, and executive communications
Event Design & Facilitation: Design and execute tentpole, organization-wide communication moments like All Hands meetings, AMAs, and more
Change Management: Develop airtight communications plans that result in effective change absorption, business continuity, and revenue growth
Culture-Building: Amass and guide an internal network of influencers, thought leaders, and advocates to embed cultural ideals, proliferate continuous feedback, assess change absorption, and nurture multidirectional communication
Impact Measurement & Reporting: Define metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness, demonstrate impact, and enable continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with the Communications, HR, and Sales Strategy & Operations teams to ensure collective progress against cross-functional priorities
Brand Stewardship: Uphold excellence in clarity, tone, and brand voice across all touchpoints

Qualification

Required

8+ years in internal or executive communications; technology or media industry preferred
Strong track record of advising and influencing C-level and VP-level leaders
Proven success partnering with Sales and revenue-generating teams
Experience partnering with global teams across time zones
Confidence operating with agency and pace in ambiguity
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
High emotional intelligence, strong organizational intuition, and operational discipline

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred, but not required
