Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and support injection molding processes
Verify and drive improvements while meeting goals of quality, cost and delivery for our customers
Create detailed manufacturing work instructions, set-up/change over instructions, control plans and testing procedures in support of FDA requirements
Support continuous improvement by performing product/process analysis for quality improvements, cost reductions and improved efficiency
Help the molding operation to optimize the robust injection molding process to meet our customers’ requirements while helping coach, train and guide our molding technicians knowledge and skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience working within a heavily regulated environment
Knowledge in a variety of design and production methods as well as materials
3-5 years experience in plastic injection mold processing
Ability to manage time and projects while setting and meeting aggressive schedules
