Sr. Enterprise Account Executive-DACH

Contentstack is the creator of the headless CMS and the Composable Digital Experience Platform. They are seeking a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region to drive business growth by building and nurturing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your territory to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
Initiate meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and pain points and tailor solutions accordingly
Work closely with the Business Development Representative to find and develop new opportunities
Leverage Contentstack Partners to discover and run co-sell opportunities
Qualify and drive opportunities using MEDDPICC
Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
Work closely with sales-engineering and cross-functional teams to develop and present compelling proposals that address customers’ needs
Stay ahead on market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Utilize insights to position Contentstack as a solution provider that as unique value
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, forecasts, and performance data to assess progress and make data-driven decisions
Keep CRM up to date and provide regular updates to management on sales performance, strategies, and market insights

Required

5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales in a New Business role
Enterprise SaaS (Software as a Service) experience within a fast-paced/high-growth business is required
Demonstrable experience in strategic selling: strategy, relationship and organization mapping, etc
Native German speaker fluent in English
Experience leveraging Business Development Representatives
Proven ability to generate pipeline in DACH territories
Consistent track record of exceeding quota (top 10% of your company) in past positions
Demonstrated an upwards trajectory of performance (against individual direct sales quotas of >$1M+)

Preferred

Sales Methodology training and strong customer references
Experienced in account analysis methodologies such as MEDDPICC
A bachelor's or university degree
Experience with the content management industry
MACH tech stack experience
