This role involves partnering closely with business leaders and technical teams to drive strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end system architecture, including components, data flows, and integrations

Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into a clear technical vision

Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps aligned to business and enterprise architecture strategy

Set and govern Non-Functional Requirements (performance, scalability, reliability, security)

Establish integration standards and ensure interoperability across platforms, with a strong focus on ERP/HCM systems (e.g., Workday)

Assess and prioritize technical debt, communicating remediation plans to stakeholders

Act as technical lead for evaluating, acquiring, and integrating new systems and technologies

Ensure adherence to IT, compliance, and security standards

Required

7+ years in application development, including 3+ years in an architecture role

Strong experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure, and ERP/HCM systems, particularly Workday

Familiarity with modern architectural patterns, DevOps practices, and cloud-native capabilities

Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes

Strategic thinker experienced in building and executing long-term technology roadmaps
