Collaboration is essential, as we work together to achieve shared goals. You'll interact with engineers from various specialties, as well as with contractors and operators who bring designs to life

Many of our designs are part of larger, interconnected systems. You should be able to visualize how your proposed designs will integrate with other components, including personnel, equipment, and the environment

Designing facilities and processes often requires tackling multiple challenges simultaneously. Being proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues helps protect the company from losses, ensure worker and public safety, and reduce environmental impact

Our work environment is dynamic and team-oriented. As project needs evolve, you may be required to support various production demands and take on diverse roles to ensure project success
