Qualification
Required
1-3 years' experience in IT or equivalent Training
Experience in customer support
Basic support in Python, git, yang models, JSON, and rest-based APIs
Good verbal / written communication skills
Ability to follow complex verbal/written instructions
Strong technical aptitude
Preferred
Network + /CCT or working toward CCNA
Experience in multi-vendor environments such as Cisco/Aruba
Cable terminations, fiber, and cable test equipment usage
